Full-Desk Technical Recruiter (m/f/d) – U.S. Market | Germany-Based (Remote)

About the Role

We are a specialized recruitment agency focused on technical and customer-facing roles within the electronics industry, with a strong emphasis on technical sales, application engineering, and related commercial roles.

After more than 15 years of successful operation in Europe, we are expanding our business to the U.S. This role focuses operationally on the U.S. market while being contractually based in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced agency recruiter who understands the U.S. recruitment landscape, is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, and values ownership over micromanagement.

This is not a corporate recruiting role. It is a full-desk, revenue-oriented position with direct impact on business growth.

This position requires current residence in Germany and a valid work authorization for Germany.

Working Model

  • Part-time (20–30 hours per week)
  • Remote (Germany-based employment contract)
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Working hours aligned with U.S. time zones (typically starting no earlier than 12:00 CET)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle (full-desk / 360°) for the U.S. market
  • Develop and grow client relationships within a focused niche of the electronics industry
  • Engage in targeted business development and account expansion
  • Source, qualify, and manage technical sales and customer-facing engineering candidates
  • Guide hiring processes end-to-end, including closing and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline
  • Contribute market insights to support the continued development of our U.S. operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment (required)
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within the U.S. market (required)
  • Experience in full-desk / 360° roles with revenue responsibility
  • Strong understanding of U.S. client expectations and recruitment dynamics
  • Professional-level English (written and spoken)
  • Self-directed, structured, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience in technical or technical sales recruiting is a strong advantage

 Compensation

  • Fixed base salary (part-time, Germany-based contract)
  • Performance-based variable component

This role is designed for recruiters who prefer performance-based upside and are comfortable operating in a results-oriented environment.
