Full-Desk Recruiter (m/f/d) – U.S. Market (Remote Germany, Part-Time)
About us
We are a specialized recruitment agency focused on technical and customer-facing roles within the electronics industry. Our niche includes technical sales, field application engineers, solutions engineers, and related commercial roles.
After more than 15 years of successful operation in Europe, we are now expanding our activities into the U.S. market. This role focuses operationally on the U.S. while being contractually based in Germany.
This is an agency recruitment role (full-desk / 360°) — not an in-house corporate recruiting position.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who is comfortable building and owning a recruitment desk in a focused niche market.
The role is commercial and entrepreneurial in nature. The U.S. desk is at an early stage, which means that client acquisition and market development are key parts of the role.
The successful candidate should be comfortable developing new client relationships, generating opportunities, and building a recruitment desk from the ground up, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
This position requires current residence in Germany and valid work authorization for Germany.
Working Model
- Flexible part-time structure (25–30 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle (360° / full-desk) for the U.S. market

Develop and grow client relationships within a focused niche of the electronics industry

Proactively generate new client opportunities and build a recruitment desk from the ground up

Conduct targeted business development and market outreach

Source, qualify, and manage candidates for technical sales and customer-facing engineering roles

Manage hiring processes end-to-end, including offer negotiation and closing

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the niche

Contribute market insights to support the development of our U.S. operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment
- Experience recruiting for the U.S. market or working with U.S.-based clients
- Experience in full-desk / 360° recruitment roles with commercial responsibility
- Comfortable with business development and building new client relationships
- Strong understanding of U.S. hiring expectations and recruitment dynamics
- Professional-level English (written and spoken)
- Experience recruiting technical or technical sales profiles is a strong advantage
Compensation

Fixed base salary (Germany-based part-time contract)

Uncapped performance-based commission component
This role is designed for recruiters who prefer performance-based upside and ownership of their desk.
