Field Sales Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Our client is an established technology company specializing in advanced electronic components and system solutions. For many years, the company has supported industrial customers across Switzerland in the implementation of innovative projects – from technical consulting and solution development through to series production. To strengthen the sales region in Western Switzerland, we are looking for a Field Sales Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strategically develop existing customer relationships in the Bern and Western Switzerland region
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the industrial sector, with a strong focus on technical consulting and long-term partnerships
  • Analyze customer-specific requirements and develop suitable technical solution concepts
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as product management and engineering to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor market and technology trends and identify new business potential
  • Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular reporting to sales management
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events

Requirements

  • Technical background, ideally complemented by further education in electrical engineering or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience in technical sales or a customer-focused project environment
  • Proven track record in developing and expanding customer relationships
  • Fluent Swiss German skills and ideally good French language skills
  • Professional and confident appearance in customer interactions and presentations
  • High level of self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a structured working style
  • Residence within the sales region or willingness to travel regularly across Western Switzerland
