To support sustainable growth at the Berlin location, we are looking for a Senior Test Software Engineer (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software solutions for automated test and validation systems in both R&D and production environments
• Implement interfaces for connecting and controlling various measurement and test equipment
• Design and maintain applications for data acquisition, analysis, and traceability of test results
• Integrate new hardware components and testing concepts into existing software architectures
• Improve the stability, maintainability, and diagnostics capabilities of existing test systems
• Collaborate closely with development, production, and engineering teams to deliver integrated testing solutions
• Support the transition of new test systems from development into high-volume manufacturing

Qualifications & Skills 

• Several years of experience in test software development or hardware-oriented software engineering
• Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language such as C#, C++, Java, or VB.NET
• Hands-on experience with communication interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, SPI, UART, RS232, or similar protocols
• Experience setting up and supporting automated measurement and test environments
• Confident use of version control systems such as Git or comparable tools
• Good technical understanding of electronic systems, test hardware, or manufacturing processes
• Good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage
