To support sustainable growth at the Berlin location, we are looking for a Senior Test Architect (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex high-tech products
• Design scalable test systems for both R&D and production environments
• Define technical requirements for automated test software and measurement systems
• Analyze and optimize existing testing procedures with regard to efficiency and reliability
• Provide technical leadership for cross-functional projects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Support failure analysis activities and derive sustainable improvement measures
• Continuously enhance test coverage, quality standards, and process stability

Qualifications & Skills 

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optoelectronics, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in test system development or test architecture
• Strong knowledge of optical or high-frequency measurement technologies
• Experience with automated test environments and measurement concepts
• Basic programming skills in Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or LabVIEW
• Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage
