Lead Generation Specialist (m/f/d) – U.S. Market | Germany-Based (Remote)

About the Role

We are a specialized recruitment agency focused on technical and customer-facing roles within the electronics industry, particularly technical sales and application engineering positions.

As part of our expansion into the U.S. market, we are building a focused lead generation function to support client acquisition and market development efforts.

This role is fully remote and based on a German employment contract. Operationally, the focus is exclusively on the U.S. market.

We are looking for a structured, confident communicator who is comfortable reaching out to decision-makers and generating qualified business opportunities.

This is not a pure administrative role. It is a proactive, performance-driven position with clear activity and outcome expectations.

This position requires current residence in Germany and a valid work authorization for Germany.

Working Model

  • Part-time (20–25 hours per week)
  • Remote (Germany-based employment contract)
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Working hours aligned with U.S. time zones (typically starting no earlier than 14:00 CET)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies within a defined niche of the electronics industry
  • Conduct outbound outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email) to hiring managers and decision-makers in the U.S.
  • Generate and qualify business development meetings
  • Maintain structured documentation of outreach activity and pipeline status
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on messaging, targeting, and campaign refinement
  • Continuously optimize outreach performance based on measurable results

 Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Structured and KPI-oriented working style
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and communication style is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of technical or engineering environments

Compensation

  • Fixed base salary (part-time, Germany-based contract)
  • Performance-based bonus tied to qualified meetings and pipeline contribution

This role is suited for individuals who are comfortable in a performance-based environment and enjoy measurable results.

 What We Offer

  • Clear niche focus — no mass-market selling
  • High autonomy
  • Direct collaboration with leadership
  • International exposure (U.S. market focus)
  • Opportunity to help build and shape a structured U.S. go-to-market effort

Interested?

If you are comfortable in outbound communication and motivated by measurable performance, we look forward to your application.
